6. Delivery

7. Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. The return of products is at the expense of the customer and must be in their original packaging. Braga Canada will refund the customer within 14 days following the receipt of the returned products.

8. Warranties and Liabilities

Braga Canada guarantees the conformity of the products sold. In case of non-conformity, the customer can return the defective or non-conforming products for an exchange or refund. Braga Canada cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased products.
